A Monthly Dinner Meeting
Over a Book
We read ahead, or plan to, then discuss the book, the
author, the topic, and usually several tangential ideas--all
in good fun.
Books alternate between fiction and non-fiction:
murder mysteries and humor contrast with serious
history. Members nominate titles for the coming year,
then select the ones to read by popular vote.
Meetings convene at 6:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of each
month at Ireland's Four Provinces restaurant, 150 W. Broad
St. (Rt. 7) at South Washington St. (Rt. 29) in Falls
Church, VA.
